Heads Taking up Posts:
Canadian International School
Tim Kaiser is promoted from Deputy Head of School at Canadian International School of Hong Kong. Mr Kaiser has been at the school since 2014.
Nick Staffa is promoted to Lower School Vice Principal having returned to CDNIS in 2022 as Head of Bilingual Program. Prior to this, Nick held multiple positions at I-Shou International School in Taiwan after a stint at CDNIS as a Language Specialist/Learning Leader and Head of Chinese at Seoul Foreign School.
CitiKids - Principal, Khardine Rhendall
HKCA PLK - David Priest, Principal returns after a few years away. Mr Priest is the Founding Principal with many years of experience as an educator and also as a School Accreditation & Authorisation consultant.
International Christian School
Revd Nick Seward joins as Head. Born in Zambia and grew up in Papua New Guinea. He is an ordained Christian pastor with a passion for Christian education, having been a Chaplain, Housemaster, teacher of Theology, Economics and Mathematics and sports coach for over two decades in schools. He was Headmaster of a Christian school unique in the UK for having both British and US curricula for fourteen years. He holds a Master of Education degree from Buckingham University, alongside MA and BA degrees in Theology from Durham University, and a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Imperial College London.
Kellett School
Paul Tough joins as Principal and CEO starting April 2024 from The British School in Tokyo where he is Principal. He was previously Head of School at Discovery Bay International School and, before that, Vice Principal at ESF.
Rebecca Findlay, currently Head of Primary at The International School, Kuala Lumpur Head of Primary at The International School @ ParkCity will join Kellett in Summer 2024 as Head of Kowloon Bay Prep. Until her arrival, the interim Head of Kowloon Bay Prep will be Shane Nathan, Management Advisor and formerly Head of Primary at the British School Jakarta.
Korean International School
Daniel Hilton is promoted to Head from Vice Principal, Head of Secondary. Teaching since 2001, he was previously Head of Seniors at Merchiston International School in Shenzhen, a teacher at Kellett School and Dulwich College, Beijing. Prior to that he taught in a variety of schools in the UK.

Fiona Thorndike joins as Head of Primary
Hong Kong Academy - Kasson Bratton joins from Nanjing International School
Malvern College - Mr Paul Wickes join from The British School, Rio de Janeiro where he has been Head of School for almost five years. Prior to this, he as a Housemaster at Malvern College UK for over 12 years and is returning to the Malvern family.
Wycombe Abbey - Rob Fox joins from Packwood Haugh, Previously, Rob was at Harrow International School Hong Kong.
UWC Li Po Chun - Dr. Spencer Fowler joins as Principal fresh from one year as Deputy Head of College & Vice President at Pearson College UWC, British Columbia, Canada. Prior to this, Dr Fowler served as CEO & Superintendent CEO at The Affiliated High School of Peking University's Dalton Academy.
